The tour
Let yourself be guided, step by step
No map to unfold, no compass. You pick a tour and the app leads you from stop to stop — eyes up, not on the screen.
- Discovery mode“The path of the wise”
- A single thread of 7 to 10 stops, between 1 hr and 1 hr 30 of visit. Alone, as a couple or in a group, with easy, playful challenges for all ages — and particular care for visitors with reduced mobility. Nobody gets lost, nobody skips half the tour.
- Free mode“Where the wind takes you”
- No set order: around thirty points of interest, suggested by how close you are, which you open as you please. Between 1 hr 30 and 2 hrs if you do them all — but nothing obliges you to.
- Adventure mode“The way of the valiant”
- A team is recommended: the challenges are collaborative, arranged in levels of 3 to 5 stops, between 1 hr and 1 hr 30. A little physical and mental fitness is welcome.
These figures are indications, not rules: every tour is calibrated with its destination, and some happily step outside the frame.

Reconstructions
See what has vanished
The harbour of Honfleur restored to its 16th century, wooden quays and ships at berth. The place Belle-Croix in Falaise, its shops and market stalls, as it stood before the destruction of the Second World War. The Gallo-Roman theatre of Les Bouchauds, of which only the tiers remain, rebuilt whole.
Our reconstructions give vanished places back their volume, their colours and their din. You look at them by turning on the spot, phone in hand.
Do you need glasses?
No. Everything can be seen on your phone or tablet, by moving the device around you.
A selection of tours also offers an immersive experience with virtual reality glasses. They are on sale at tourist office desks and from partner shops.
Augmented reality
The animals that never show themselves
At Saint-Preuil, the tour « L’Étrange silence » brings the woodland wildlife onto the path in front of you: a salamander passing close by, a genet that lets itself be watched — a little less discreet than usual.
The tour was built with Charente Nature, who guided the choice of species and the route of the path: we show the wildlife without going to disturb it. Here augmented reality serves interpretation as much as protection.

Games
History is played as much as it is heard
Knowledge quizzes, puzzles, riddles, treasure hunts. Some games use the camera, others the movement of the phone.
They are not there as filler: they force you to look. You remember an architectural detail because you had to find it, not because you read about it.

Closed places
Push open the doors that stay shut
An enclosed monastery, a crypt, underground quarries, the top of a bell tower. Some places never open to the public: we went there for you, in 360° photography and video.
Every tour is built with local guides, historians and heritage interpreters. The point is not to tell you everything, but to give you what you need to look differently.
Web or app
Do you need to install the app?
You can browse destinations and tour pages from your browser, on live.legendr.app. To actually walk a tour, the app is needed in most cases.
